At certain point in our lives we feel trapped by the pain and the sorrow. Well, you are not alone. Somewhere, someone is going through hard times just like you or worse than yours. This is the challenge of this life. Lost and death are the perfect mirror of what you have become of your existence on earth. Please do not be too hard on yourself. These are normal reactions to stress or lost and it will take time before you feel better and get your life back on track.
When tragedy hit us, we need to accept it if there is nothing we can do to change it. It will help us become entrenched in a reflection on the human condition and the ability to overcome suffering by processing the pain.
We must develop the inner power through the creation of new events in our lives, and keep an attitude of joy in adversity. Philippians 4:4: “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!” Remaining calm and peaceful is a powerful tool that helps us to stay strong because a still mind leads to wiser decisions and greater actions. We must pick ourselves up from dust, and keep going, as we learn how move on and to live without people or things that we’ve lost. Our lives would be better if we chose to focus on the new things that the Lord is doing in us and for us.
